Blogging can get a wee bit tedious if you’ve got many daily chores to do. When I get overwhelmed I usually decide to post just 1-2 images and a short paragraph. For me, this is easier said than done as I tend to ‘waffle’ on and on with descriptions and end up taking 3 hours to do just one post.

Maybe you need to work out exactly how much time you want to allocate to blogging and do it once per week or once per month on a set day e.g. the 1st day of the month.

    Perhaps it’s all about self-discipline.

After 10 years of blogging, every time I think I’ll quit I end up with 3-4 new followers and I feel obliged to keep going. It’s like the animal feeding chores on your farm. You have to find time every day to feed the animals or muck out their nesting boxes or enclosures.

I’m a very solitary person so feel I ought to keep some sort of online presence because it’s healthier to have some sort of social life, even if its only a virtual one.
