We have been so crazy busy. Doug’s sister is getting married on the farm…I’m officiating… We have been planting and cleaning up leftover construction from last year… No excuses… I’ll start with the new family addition….my granddaughter Wren … 💕 Then…the goats…turkey…ginnies and new chicks….loving it!!!. The last five years has just flown by….. We thought it would be much longer before we arrived this close to being fully off grid. Don’t let anyone tell you this journey is a piece of cake! There are SO many ups and downs, but, it is the most amazing feeling to walk out daily…

Failed with navy beans…but sunflower seeds are so yummy!!! Next batch will be in dirt and I will post the process…this week! These were in a mason jar..works tho! I just want to get multiple crops. You have to plant in medium to cut and regrow.

Soak beans overnight… I used too many beans.. changed the amount in instructions. 2 quart jar and 1/2 cup beans covered with water So day two… rinse (they have swollen I may have to split into 2 jars(that is why I say only 1/2 cup beans in a 2 quart container)) Then drain let hang…
